SCHOOL GAMES ORGANISERS (SGO) - To become part of the mailing list for competitions and other information, please complete the form below and select 'Hockey' from the 'Sport' list.

• Please enter the ares you are covering (e.g. Plymouth) in the Forename field and then 'School Games Organiser' in the Surname field.
• Use todays date in the DOB field
• And finally enter the name of the SGO or chosen contact in the email field.

Please note that the 'Gender' field is a requirement to compelte the form but doesnt matter which you chose for Clubs & Schools registrations.
